Derek David Wacker started in real estate in 2006 – putting enough capital together to begin investing in single family and duplex residential properties.  From there he went on to grow his portfolio from duplexes to multi-unit residential buildings.  With a long-term vision for real estate investment, Derek has been successfully navigating the ups and downs of real estate cycles for many years now.

Derek's client focused approach makes his client's feel comfortable and confident when working with him to either buy or sell a property.  Much of Derek's knowledge and experience comes from his background in custom home building. Having built homes from the ground up, managing the finest of details and delivering responsive, quality customer service developed Derek into a client service leader.  Derek carries the same philosophy with him today as a real estate salesperson with Zoocasa Realty.
